What happens next

Your details arrive with a reference number, which is also on the confirmation shown on screen and in the PDF copy you can download there.

Quote that reference if you contact us about the submission. It lets us find your record, and any documents you attached, without asking you to repeat yourself.

• For estate enquiries, we read the site and meter numbers and the supply types you gave, and check them against the work we are set up to take on.
• For installer enquiries, we review your products or services against the sectors and areas our clients ask about.
• Any documents you attached are stored securely with the submission and read as part of the same review.

• If the fit looks right we contact you to arrange an initial conversation. If we need anything further, such as certificates or case references, we will say so then.
• Where a suitable client project comes up, we introduce you and agree next steps with you both.
• Nothing else is needed from you now. We reply using the email address and telephone number you gave, so there is no account to create and nothing to check back on.
