These terms govern use of this website. They are published by Omni Management Ltd, trading as Omnium, registered in England and Wales, company number 14666993, registered office 18 Albert Road, Bournemouth BH1 1BZ. They are separate from any appointment or Letter of Authority, which is governed by its own written terms.

The sheets in our knowledge library are general explanations of how the market and the regulations work. Each one carries the date its figures were checked and the source they came from.

They are not advice on your circumstances. Regulated charges reset each April and legislation changes, so a figure that was correct at the verification date may no longer be current. If you are relying on a figure, check the named source or ask us.

Reading this site, or sending an enquiry through it, does not create an advisory relationship. We advise once we are appointed and a Letter of Authority is in place, and what we advise is set out in writing.

Where we link to a source, a regulator or a piece of legislation, we do so because it is the primary reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

The text, diagrams and design of this site belong to us. The Omnium name, the registered mark and the logo may not be used without our written permission.

You may quote from a knowledge sheet, including in a board paper or a tender document, provided the quotation is accurate, the source is named as Omnium and the verification date is kept with it.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
