In short
A capacity review tests the agreed capacity (kVA) recorded for a supply against a full year of half-hourly recorded demand. Set too high, you pay an availability charge every month for headroom the site never uses. Set too low, you pay excess capacity charges instead. The review shows the recorded peak, the headroom above it and whether a change is worth making.
What this does not do. It cannot reduce the electricity you use, and a change to agreed capacity is a request to the network operator, so the level and the timing are theirs to confirm. Where the site plans new plant, charging or expansion, headroom is kept deliberately rather than removed.

What clients ask before starting
The headroom reserved for your supply on the local electricity network, measured in kVA. It is charged every month whether or not the site ever draws it, and exceeding it carries charges of its own.

No. The review and the written recommendation cost nothing. Where you ask us to submit a change, the fee is set out in writing and agreed first, and any charge the network operator applies is shown to you before submission. There is no capital spend on the site.
The timing is the network operator's to confirm, not ours, so we do not promise dates. We prepare and submit the request, chase it, and record the new level once it is confirmed.
