Take control with Omnium
Take control of a portfolio where every meter answers to someone different.
One record across landlord, tenant and common part supplies, built to support recharging rather than guesswork.
One record across the portfolio
Meters, supply numbers and contract end dates held in one place, whatever the ownership history.
Invoices checked before recharging
Each invoice is validated against the contract before it feeds into service charge recovery.
MEES and TM44 dates tracked
Certificate and inspection dates held against each asset, with law kept separate from proposal.
Tenant data ready on request
Consumption and carbon figures kept by site so a tenant or auditor request can be answered quickly.
Where it goes wrong, and what we do about it
- How Omnium solves it
We build one record of meters, supply numbers and end dates across the portfolio, so service charge recharging is built on data that is traceable back to a meter and a rate.
- How Omnium solves it
Each invoice is validated against the contract before it feeds into recharging, with queries raised and tracked where it does not reconcile.
- How Omnium solves it
We track certificate and inspection dates for every asset, and tell you which obligations are current law and which are still proposal.
- How Omnium solves it
Consumption and emissions figures are kept ready by site, so a request can be answered from the record rather than reconstructed from scratch.

In short
Omnium helps landlords, managing agents and owner occupiers procure landlord supplies, validate invoices, provide consumption data for service charge recharging and tenant carbon reporting, and track MEES and TM44 obligations across a portfolio.
What this does not do. We do not set service charges or apportion costs between tenants. We supply the checked consumption and cost data that apportionment is built on.
The first review across your invoices costs nothing. Later work is quoted and agreed in writing before it begins. Cost recovery
Held in one record
Work that sits alongside the portfolio record.
